The electrohydraulic pressure regulator of the
KE-Jetronic is installed on the fuel distributor.
Depending on the engine operating state (and
the control current generated by the control
module), it changes the pressure in the lower
chambers of the differential pressure valves
inside the fuel distributor. This changes the
amount of fuel that is injected by the fuel
injectors.
The pressure regulator can therefore perform
the following functions:- regulate warm-up- deceleration fuel cutoff- rpm limitation
